I didn’t come from a metro city, an A-grade institute, or a polished background. I grew up in a tier-two town, studied in ordinary schools, and started with no English fluency, corporate network, or academic distinctions.

I began in Computer Science because it was the safest option. But I eventually switched to Human Resources — no plan, just instinct. That decision came with doubt, anxiety, and risk, but it also sparked something I now understand as anxious grit — the mix of uncertainty and persistence that has shaped my journey.

I learned English through a spoken class during graduation. I broke into big Indian brands without elite credentials. I built my career step by step, with the help of mentors who believed in me before I fully believed in myself.

Today, I work with global organizations driving HR Technology, People Analytics, and Digital Transformation across regions and cultures. The journey wasn’t smooth — it was built on showing up, adapting, and growing beyond the environment I started in.

I’m not here because of confidence — I’m here because of consistent effort powered by anxious grit.
